freedom that many people the world over enjoy and at times even take for

capacity in the later years and during that time, Nature plays havoc with the
senses and mental abilities of a person.
This is the reason why many want to exercise this right
before they are too old. It is a very rare gift to be able to live one’s life
according to one’s own choice; and/or spend your money as per your
satisfaction. Many people love to
exercise this right even in their old age.
Are Senior Mobile Home Parks a Scam?
There are many senior mobile home parks all over the world.
People love to buy their homes in such places for two main reasons, (i) the
place is not polluted (by people, noise, city by-products), and (ii) they are
free to move wherever they please, whenever their please. This is, indeed a
clear statement about freedom of choice.
However, is it really so? Sometimes, when old people buy a
home in senior mobile home parks, they think they will get this wonderful house
where they could spend the rest of their lives happily. Instead, what many end
up with is a vicious trap, which would gradually sap their money and make them
totally dependent and helpless, putting them at the mercy of the park owners.
Be careful as to what type of contract you are entering in and
what you are signing on. In order to be doubly sure, ask a qualified lawyer to
run through the agreement with a fine comb. Be safe not sorry!
